Welcome to Thirty Challenge. By using our website and mobile application, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1- Company Details

This website is owned and operated by TAHADI ALTHALATHEEN TECHNOLOGY L.L.C, a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Our country of domicile is UAE, and we operate under the governing laws of the UAE.

2- Card Payments

Visa and MasterCard in AED will be accepted for payment. Cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the merchant’s policies and rules. Thirty Challenge will not provide any services or products to any OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctioned countries.

3- Eligibility

Minors under the age of 18 are prohibited from registering as users of this website or app and are not allowed to transact or use the platform.

4- Pricing

All prices listed on the website and application are in AED. The price displayed at checkout will be the same as the amount shown on the transaction receipt.

5- User Responsibility

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account, login credentials, and any activities under their account.

6- Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

مرحبًا بكم في تحدي الثلاثين. باستخدامكم لموقعنا الإلكتروني وتطبيقنا، فإنكم توافقون على الالتزام بالشروط والأحكام التالية. يرجى قراءتها بعناية.

١- تفاصيل الشركة

هذا الموقع مملوك ومدار من قبل شركة تحدي الثلاثين للتكنولوجيا ذ.م.م، وهي شركة مسجلة في دبي – الإمارات العربية المتحدة. بلد الإقامة هو الإمارات، ونخضع للقوانين السارية في دولة الإمارات.

٢- المدفوعات بالبطاقات

نقبل بطاقات Visa و MasterCard بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED). يجب على حامل البطاقة الاحتفاظ بنسخة من سجل المعاملات وسياسات التاجر. لن تقدم شركة تحدي الثلاثين أي خدمات أو منتجات لأي دولة خاضعة لعقوبات OFAC.

٣- الأهلية

يُحظر على القُصّر الذين تقل أعمارهم عن ١٨ عامًا التسجيل كمستخدمين في هذا الموقع أو التطبيق ولا يُسمح لهم بإجراء أي معاملات أو استخدام المنصة.

٤- التسعير

جميع الأسعار المعروضة في الموقع والتطبيق بالدرهم الإماراتي (AED). السعر الظاهر عند إتمام الدفع هو نفسه المبلغ المذكور في إيصال المعاملة.

٥- مسؤولية المستخدم

يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية الحفاظ على سرية حسابه وبيانات تسجيل الدخول وأي أنشطة تتم تحت حسابه.

٦- القانون الواجب التطبيق

تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة، وتكون محاكم دبي صاحبة الاختصاص الحصري في أي نزاعات.
